Mr. William E. Begley, is President, and CFO of Red Rock Advisers, LLC. since January 2012. He has been a Director of the company since May 2012. Mr. Begley has more than 25 years of successful Project  Management and Finance experience globally.

He has also held senior positions in international banking including Solomon, Inc. and was recently President of Stone & Webster, specializing in the design and development of Global, large-scale projects, including the successful engineering and design of four major Island Developments.

Mr. Begley also has a background in major capital finance for land development projects including Rio Mar in Puerto Rico (580 acres); Emerald Bay Resort in the Bahamas (600 acres); and Phase V of Kapalua (1,000+ acres) in Hawaii.  In addition, he has also been involved in over $10 billion in project development financings, initially with Solomon, Inc. and more recently on an independent basis through WEB Gruppe GmbH. Mr. Begley recently served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for Magellan Petroleum Corporation the oldest oil & gas company in Australia and in the United States. His graduate JD/MBA studies are in international business and finance law. Mr. Begley graduated from St. Michael’s College in Vermont.
