Wellness of Land & People is pleased to be invited by United Planet Solutions Corporation (UPSC) to provide Master Plan Envisioning and Activations Programming as the foundational framework for the design and delivery of its Impact Projects.
UPSC Impact Projects will be Leisure Tourism developments that integrate localized environmental and social benefits with the provisions of goods and services for all essential infrastructure, facilities and human resources. This can occur during the planning, execution and operational phases of projects.
Our Impact Projects reference the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations (SDG), and Wellness of Land & People is an Impact Fund Account of the SDG Impact Fund.
Impact Projects development is a new type of Leisure Tourism that creates deeper transformative engagement between guests and hosts, and the nature and culture of each particular destination, featuring its natural and social capital. At the heart of Leisure Tourism is hospitality that is best hosted by the land and people of the Impact Project. The sharing qualities of land and people can be cultivated and curated by the work of Master Plan Envisioning and guided by commercial considerations during Activations Programming.
For the past 40 years, the Wellness of Land & People team has invested our time and energy into developing Leisure Tourism as a strategic destination development instrument. Tourism is centered around Hospitality and an embodiment of Sustainability that in turn improves the profitability and resilience of all businesses within the project eco-system. Tourism creates value to adjacent industries such as agriculture, manufacturing and mining. In addition, it creates economic opportunities for host participation and fosters a thriving host community. The key to Sustainability is held by the Land and its People through the processes of Master Plan Envisioning and Activations Programming.
Wellness is a quality of life, an identity of location and a value for our future on Earth. Wellness of Land & People look forward to making the world a better place for every Land and People wanting to make a difference.
